Mayitza Rohena is a Puerto Rican-born creative with a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic passion. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus in Recording Arts and a Master’s degree in Public Relations. With over nine years of experience as a voice-over artist, Mayitza has also made her mark in radio as both a personality and producer.

Since 2015, Mayitza has been an instructor at Full Sail University, teaching in the Recording Arts program, and now serves as a dedicated Career Advisor for all audio programs at the university. Her commitment to empowering others led her to found La Conexión Workshops in 2019. Through this initiative, she has helped young talents secure scholarships and pursue higher education.
In addition to her work in education and nonprofit leadership, Mayitza has extensive experience in event production and continues to explore her creativity while serving as a guide and mentor to aspiring professionals. Her career is a testament to the power of blending innovation, artistry, and purpose.
